hmm, yes, i really like the chorus of that song! we should use the chorus of it and combine with another song sometime whenever i sing the chorus, thinking about how often i fail with the distractions in the world and God’s grace after those times is very heart-touching for me. i like the way God has made us in His image, so we can feel His presence even though we don’t have Him with us in a tangible form to our knowledge.

thanks a lot, casey, for sharing your ‘no more me’ moment. i felt it was a good lesson for me in humility and in letting God work in the moments when we want to be defensive.

i feel my heart is always wanting ‘no more me,’ but i feel my nature gets in the way. each day, i think to myself and pray to God that i want to study/read His words more, but i wrestle most of the days with giving that seemingly too quiet time [which already belongs to God] back to Him.

I mainly just wanted to let you know that class was very enjoyable tonight, Case, and I appreciate all the time and effort you all put into making RFC so awesome! Time flies when you’re interested in what’s being said. I normally am quite interested in what’s said, but I felt like class was over in a jiffy tonight! (excuse my old slang, sweater vests+3 ninjas=weird lingo). Anyhoo, I can’t really think of any No More Me moments that have happened recently… Unless you count Greenville. Thanks for sharing your story tonight and I’ll see you guys tomorrow for the office and nertz if i get my work done! Peace
